Almost 90 % of our forgings are machined in our plant. For small and medium batch sizes we use CNC- lathes and machining centres. Medium and high volumes are machined on multi-spindle transfer machines. Complex multi-side machining operations are performed in a single pass here.

As additional services after machining we offer also the assemblies of components such as customized fittings. Valves for gas and water in particular are not only assembled here and tested for pressure, but also packed and labelled ready for display in shop
shelves. Together with our partners, we offer services such as grinding and polishing, galvanic finishing and coating.
