Your orders are produced by our highly qualified and motivated
employees in the forge using automated presses. Our hot-stamping
method permits pressures of up to 7300 kN for producing blanks
between 20 g and 5 kg. Continous, constant processes combined
with monitoring and control of the temperature ensures an optimum
microstructure. Through permanent monitoring and documentation
of the quality of the input materials, we can guarantee that our
forgings are free from inclusions and meet with the highest standards.

We not only supply copper alloys (including brass - also with low
dezincification - bronze, high-strength brass, nickel silver etc.), but
also aluminium alloys. DIN certificates to 3.1 b or 2.2 are available
for all the materials used. TÜV inspections are also possible. We
will gladly advise you on the choice of materials for your specific
application or provide material data for your own development work.
