Products

We provide forgings made of copper and copper alloys such as brass, bronze, nickel silver and copper. We manufacture raw and machined components in weights from 10 g to 8.5 kg. Components are produced from drawings, 3D- models or patterns. We produce for industrial customers in series, in quantities from 500 to 250,000 pieces.

As an additional service we also offer component assemblies, for example customized fittings. Valves for gas and water in particular are not only assembled here and pressure tested, but also packed and labelled ready for in shop shelf display.

Together with our partners, we offer services such as linishing, polishing, plating and coating.

Advantages of forgings made of copper materials

Forgings can be highly stressed and have smooth, clean surfaces. Forged components are gas and water proof because they are free from porosities. A wide variety of materials is available that meet requirements such as high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to aggressive media or suitability for drinking water. The production is fast, reliable, cost-effective and resource-saving. Manufacturing costs are saved: Our near net-shape forging process minimizes material input and reduces or eliminates mechanical processing: Using forged blanks saves between 30% and 80% of the raw material cost for turning parts or milling parts.

Applications

you can find our forgings in almost all areas of daily life: They are essential in water and gas supply, for generation and distribution of energy and in vehicles. They are used in hydraulics and for door hardware, shipbuilding, ornamental items as well as in laboratory- and medical technology. Our target sectors are:

  • Valves and piping (for plumbing, heating, gas and water)
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Pumps, Hydraulic and Fluid Power
  • Power Engineering, Electrical Industry and Wind Power
  • Fittings, Door Systems and Glass Doors
  • Vehicle Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Marine Engineering and Shipbuilding
  • Laboratory and Medical Applications
  • Welding and Soldering
